Preparation of technical specifications for supplies, evaluation of tenders.

Development of turnkey solution, Strategic Planning (Palestine)

“Study for the establishment of a comprehensive EU project monitoring system for Area C in Palestine” to establish an effective information system that collects and manages data for projects funded by the EU and the EUMS in area C to have concrete information about past and ongoing EU and EUMS funded humanitarian and development interventions in area C. The system also enables the EU to track in real-time incidents threatening their interventions and applications, in addition to Israeli's refusal of granting building permits to people in area C. Assessment of needs and constraints of the key stakeholders: EC, EU Member States representatives in Palestine, UN organisations. Design and implementation of a database with geographical rendering.

Development of turnkey solution (Italy, Belgium)

Analysis of corporate processes, identification of areas suitable for automation, change management. Design and development of a MIS for EU Requests for Services “Virtual Office”.

EU “Further support to Kosovo legal Education Reform” Set up of the Programme for Research and Publication (PRP) in the Kosovo Judicial Institute: assessment of the organisation structure, assessment of skills, identification of a suitable framework of implementation, development of a strategy / action plan. Designed and implemented an electronic legal library with a legal database and enlargement of an existing e-learning platform.

Development of customisable solutions for process management

Accentor invested in the adoption of Alfresco Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) as process management software to develop solutions for its customers in the public and private sector. Building on the experience matured in the previous years, Accentor developed a new set of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources.

Support to the European Commission's OPSYS Programme (Belgium and EU Delegations worldwide)

The new operational information system OPSYS, which development started in 2016, aims to serving EU External Action needs, and to build a corporate system harmonised enough to be used by all EU Directorates General managing operations.
