Accentor invested in the adoption of Alfresco Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) as process management software to develop solutions for its customers in the public and private sector. Building on the experience matured in the previous years, Accentor developed a new set of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources.
The new operational information system OPSYS, which development started in 2016, aims to serving EU External Action needs, and to build a corporate system harmonised enough to be used by all EU Directorates General managing operations.
